After many years of being around first responders, we noticed a problem...communication. Citizens depend on the ability to communicate with first responders. But sometimes, citizens think first responders already know everything. So, what happens when a citizen thinks a first responder already has information, only to find out they don't? Well, this isn't good, and nobody wants it to happen. But it does and it happens every day. So, we decided to fix the problem.

Our solution is simple. We developed an application where you create a Note and populate it with the information you feel is necessary. Maybe it is contact phone numbers.
